On 17th of May 2010 Cyfrowy Polsat published its financial results for the first quarter of 2010. At the end of the reporting period the operator recorded 3,239,755 subscribers (15.6% increase compared to the end of March 2009). Number of subscribers stood at 2,608,101 for Familijny package (an increase of 12.8%) and represented 80.5% of the total subscriber base while number of subscribers of Mini and Max packages rose to 631,654 (28.7%), which represents 19.5% of whole subscriber base. more ››

On 13th od April 2010 the board of Cyfrowy Polsat has informed that Polaris Finance BV gained 7,918,750 dematerialized shares of Cyfrowy Polsat. Before the transaction Polaris Finance BV had 182,943,750 shares, representing 68,18% of the company capital, entitling to 349,886,251 votes at the general meeting of shareholders, representing 78.14% of the total number of votes at a general meeting of Cyfrowy Polsat. more ››

On 2nd of March 2010 the largest satellite platform in Poland added two news channels - Filmbox and Filmbox HD, soon the titles offered by SPI International Poland will enrich Cyfrowy Polsat VOD collection. From February 6th of February 2010 by agreement between Cyfrowy Polsat and MTV Networks Poland the largest satellite platform in Poland offers Comedy Central. This channel appeared on position 46 in EPG and is a part of Familijny package. Comedy Central is available for a long time in such platforms as CYFRA+, n and TP (Orange). more ››

From 6th of February 2010 offer of Cyfrowy Polsat ius enriched by 4 new channels, including two in HD. Comedy Central, Nat Geo Wild and Nat Geo Wild HD are already available and FOX Life HD should appear in April. Familijny F300 is a new decoder offered by production company Cyfrowy Polsat Technology. It is available from 25th of January. This will be the improved version of Familijny decoder which is available in platform's offer since spring of 2009. more ››

Cyfrowy Polsat, the largest satellite platform in Poland, closed 2009 with 3.2 million subscribers. It means that in the fourth quarter of 2010 Cyfrowy Polsat subscriber base has increased by 286,000. In November 2009 operator announced 3 million subscribers whuch means an increase of 200,000 within a month. The total number Cyfrowy Polsat decoders users is 3.9 million. more ››

On 28th of December 2009 Jetix Play has been removed form channel 198 in Cyfrowy Polsat decoders. In November new channel apperared in the offer of Cyfrowy Polsat - Polsat JimJam and it now replaced Jetix Play.
